7-Day Return Policy

Not the right fit? You have 7 days to return it.

If something you bought doesn't fit or work out, just email us at destinicogbill@gmail.com within 7 days of pickup. Bring the item back to our place in Salmon Arm and we'll process a refund to you.

A few common-sense conditions so it's fair for everyone:

• Returns must be requested by email within 7 days of your pickup date.
• The item needs to come back in the same condition you took it home in — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Items damaged, altered, or stained after pickup can't be returned.
• Original tags or labels, where they were attached, should still be on.
• Refunds are processed once we've received and checked the item back at our location.
• Final-sale or clearance items, if marked as such, are not eligible for return.
